Nungi Safaris was found by young entrepreneurs Mrs Akello Trishilla & Mr Amos Murungi. Trisha and Amos set up a professional company with the primary aim of improving the quality of tour operations in East Africa, helping to create employment opportunities for the youth in their community, and also helping to advocate and practice sustainable tourism because they are both environmentalists. The company began with limited resources from small savings. Yet, over the years it has grown slowly and we work towards becoming one of the leading tour operators in East Africa that offers Sustainable Gorilla Trekking Safaris, Sustainable Wildlife Safaris, Eco-friendly City walking tours, Sustainable cultural tours, and empowering communities through training and buying their handmade crafts.
